Covering the big home-grown abuse with a little window-dressing!

The new Ballymote centre was the venue chosen for the above Seminar. It is situated barely one mile across the town of Downpatrick in Co. Down from the Headquarters of Down District Council. According to successive Ministers of the British Government, Down District Council is the only Government Department/agency in this UK with the power and authority to deal with my housing problem. Not only have Down District Council refused to do their duty in my case but this corrupt Council have actually and actively went out of their way to frustrate my efforts to get justice even by forcing the Commissioner for Complaints to change his Findings in his legal Report CC 19/78 to protect their evil conduct.
Yet Down District Council is involved in a Seminar exploring domestic violence and abuse within ethnic minorities when Down District Council is guilty of the most blatant abuse of the law relating to Building Control and Environmental Health, abuse of Ratepayer's money in their spending on legal representatives to cover-up that blatant abuse and abuse of the power vested in that Council to safeguard the welfare of the citizens they are responsible for protecting - within Down District - causing actual damage and suffering to such as my family!

Down District Council are continuing the cover-up of the details of this housing scandal within Down District of which my family are victims. We have 'fallen through' Down District Council's protective 'safety net' and Down District Council are determined to keep us there. Down District Council actually refuse to release documents relating to our case even through the Freedom of Information Act!
Under these circumstances how can Down District Council bring a rational commitment to such an institutional protector as the local Policing Partnership when Councillors and Council Officers support Down District Council in denying justice and human rights to many families including my own family within Down District.
