Councillor Carmel O'Boyle is a Down District Councillor, a full-time teacher, wife and mother.
The following is an attempt to highlight the serious amount of work carried out by Councillor Carmel O'Boyle to get to the truth about the Carlisle Park affair.
Just recently, in 2008, while I was recovering from an operation I accidently came across the sordid, squalid and corrupt vendetta against Mrs. O'Boyle's attempt to get justice for my family by Down District Councillors and their officers in that totally sick 'Council', when even ratepayers' money was misused - again - to coverup this sick fraud. I will attempt to put it all together.

Councillor Carmel O'Boyle sent me this letter dated 6.10.1997.

Down District Council sent Councillor Carmel O'Boyle this letter dated 3.9.1998.

Of course the fact is that in the above letter, Mr. Stewart told a blatant lie in that the Ombudsman/Commissioner for Complaints did find Down District Council guilty of maladministration but was made to change his finding in CC 19/78 to finding Down District Council not guilty of maladministration because the implications of a guilty verdict would have been explosive not only for Down District Council's officers and Councillors but it would have been explosive for the British Government as well. This is only one of many blatant lies told by Down District Council and central government officers to cover up this massive fraud.

This is where a very interesting insight into the 'workings' at Down District Council starts. This is an example of how our ratepayers money is fraudulently mis-spent not only in Down District Council but in the most surprising place! Just by chance I happened to be looking at the Irish News Classifieds on April 28th 2008. I was still recovering from an operation almost two months earlier and had more time on my hands than usual. I happened to see the following advertisement;

This advertisement applied to work which was being done in Belfast under the jurisdiction of the Belfast City Council, the biggest Council in Northern Ireland.
